Here at Better Bread Company, we make our dough from scratch every day. Our dough starts with the right blend and portion of flours to bring you the most authentic, thin crust, gluten free pizza available. We treat our dough in the fashion that authentic pizza makers would — we mix, knead, and portion it by hand. Once it has had the proper time to rest, we stretch each doughball and par bake it to become the foundation for our signature pies, or yours! It's also important to note that we trace the origins of our ingredients to ensure their safety.
